Photography client agreement

This agreement is a template for discussion and should be reviewed for your business and jurisdiction before use.

1. Booking & payment

A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the agreed date. The remaining balance is payable 30 days before the event. Dates are not held until the agreement and retainer are received.

2. Delivery

The Photographer will deliver an edited online gallery within the agreed timeframe. The Photographer retains artistic discretion over selection and editing of all images.

3. Client use

Clients receive a personal-use licence for delivered images. Images may not be sold, altered commercially, or entered into competitions without written permission.

4. Cancellation & limitation

Cancellation must be made in writing. In the unlikely event of illness or emergency, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to secure a replacement or refund sums paid.
